| Day 1 | North America (East - West Coast) / Beijing Depart for the capital city of China—Beijing, cross the International Date Line. |
| Day 2 | Arrive Beijing Arrive at Beijing, met by the local tour guide and transfer to the hotel. Lodging at the deluxe Landmark or Jintai Hotel. |

| Day 5 | Beijing / Zhengzhou ? (B/L/D) After breakfast in the hotel, fly to Zhengzhou, the capital of He’nan Province. Met in the airport And bus to Dengfeng city, visit the Pagoda of Shaolin Temple, where the dead Shaolin masters were Buried, and learn the long history of Shoalin Temple. After lunch, you will be guided to the Shaolin Temple, after the Welcome Ceremony by the masters, start to learn the Shaolin Basic Gung Fu. Staying In the Shaolin Hotel. |
