| Day 1 | Arrival at Mehrabad Airport Tehran at midnight and Transfer to hotel |
| Day 2 | Full day sightseeing in Tehran. Fly to Shiraz for overnight |
| Day 3 | Excursion from Shiraz to Persepolis, capital of Darius I (founded 518 BC) and expanded by Xerexes, hisson. While there also visit Artaxerexes, tombs of Artaxerexes II and III which are cut into the hillside overlooking this splendid setting. Next visit Naqsh-e Rostam, where lies the tombs of Darius I and II and Xerexes cut out of the rock, then onto Naqsh-e Rajab (base relief's of Sassanians). City tour of Shiraz to Gardens of Shiraz. Overnight in Shiraz. |
| Day 4 | Second full day in Shiraz. Overnight in Shiraz. |
| Day 5 | Travel to Yazd. Sightseeing in Yazd and overnight. |
| Day 6 | Travel to Isfahan, sightseeing and overnight in Isfahan. |
| Day 7 | 7 Isfahan, full day of sight seeing. Visit Masjed-e Jameh (mosque) Ateshgah (Zoroastrian fire temple), Menar-Jonban (shaking minarets), Sio Se Pol (33 arches) and Pol-e shahrestan (old bridge of shahrestan). After lunch at a local restaurant visit Masjed-e Imam (architecture and tile work), Meidan-e Imam (huge open square) and bazaar. Overnight in Isfahan. |
| Day 8 | Travel to Kashan via Abyaneh (traditional village). Sightseeing in Kashan and overnight. |
| Day 9 | Travel to Poulur by car (300 km). Cycle to Laridjan warm water spa (30 km). Overnight in Rustic house. |
| Day 10 | From Laridjan, cycling part of the way travel to Amol, Chalous and overnight in Roudbarak in rustic house. |
| Day 11 | From Roudbarak cycle to Abas Abad (30 km) then travel by car to Ramsar by car and overnight in hotel in Ramsar. |
| Day 12 | From Ramsar, cycle to Jawaherdeh (25 km). Overnight in tent or rustic house. |
| Day 13 | From Jawaherdeh, travel to Ramsar, Rasht, Anzali to Masouleh.Cycling for only part of the way. Overnight in tent or Rustic house |
| Day 14 | Cycle to Forman (27 km). The by car to Rasht and return to Tehran. Overnight in Tehran |
| Day 15 | Depart Tehran at midnight |
