Day 1 | Arrive Tashkent, o/n in Tashkent |
Day 2 | Travel to Samarkand, on the way visit "Gheshdovan" Madrese. Sightseeing tour of Samarkand visiting Gur Amir, Reghistan Square and Ensemble of Mausoleums of Shahki Zinda. Overnight in Samarkand. |
Day 3 | Morning tour of Samarkand, visit Ulugbek Observatory, Aforesaid Site and Museum and Bibi Khanum Mosque. Afternoon available for private sightseeing. Overnight in Samarkand |
Day 4 | Travel to Bokhara via Shahresabz. Visit mausoleum of Ismail and Castle of Amir Bokhara. Overnight in Bokhara |
Day 5 | Sightseeing tour of Bokhara including Miri Arab Madrasah, Poi Kalyan, Ark Fortress, Bolo-hauz and other Monuments, Chashma-Ayub, Paye Kailan Ensemble and Labi Houzi Ensemble. |
Day 6 | Travel to Urgench, and overnight at Urgench |
Day 7 | Excursion to Khiva-The Living Museum of Beautiful Mosques and Mausoleums. Evening flight to Tashkent |
Day 8 | City tour of Tashkent and time for shopping. Evening flight to Tehran. Flight to Hamadan |
Day 9 | Hamadan. Visit Stone Lion, Aramghah-e Ester va Mordekhay (Shrine of Esther and Mordecai), Aramghah-e Bu Alisina (Mausoleum of Avicenna) and Gonbad- Alviyan (Alavian dome).Travel to Kermanshah, visiting Bisotun and Tagh-e Bostan. |
Day 10 | Travel to Ahwaz via Andimeshk (stop for lunch), Dezful and Shushtar(visiting water falls). |
Day 11 | Ahwaz. Full day excursion to Susa and Ziggurat Coghazambil (Temple of Elamits) and visit Susa museum and the palace of Darius. |
Day 12 | Travel to Shiraz via Bishapur (visit the palace) and Base relief's in Tang-e Chogan (from Sassanid era). Stay overnight at Homa hotel |
Day 13 | Shiraz Full day excursion to Persepolis, capital of Darius I (founded 518 BC) and expanded by Xerexes, his son. While there also visit Artaxerexes, tombs of Artaxerexes II and III which are cut into the hillside overlooking this splendid setting. Next visit Naqsh-e Rostam, then onto Naqsh-e Rajab (base relief's of Sassanians) and Pasargade |
Day 14 | Sightseeing in Shiraz visit Narenjestan of Ghavam (museum) Aramgah-e Saadi (tomb of the poet Saadi), Aramgh-e Hafez (tomb of the poet Hafez) and Bagh-e Eram (the gardens of Eram). Then an excursion to Firouzabad. Day 15 Travel to Kerman, visiting a Sassanid palace in Sarvestan. |

Day 16 | Kerman Excursion to Bam via Mahan, visiting Aramgah-e Shah Nur-ed-din Nematollah Vali and Bagh-e Shazdeh (Prince gardens) and Arg-e Bam (Fortress of Bam). |
Day 17 | Visit the Hamam and Muze-ye Mardom Shenasi-ye Ganjali Khan (Ethnological museum and baths of Ganjali Khan), Gombad-e Sabz (tilework) and Gombad-e Jabaliye (double domed structure). Travel to Yazd via Rafsanjan. |
Day 18 | Visit Ateshkade (Zoroastrian fire temple), Dakhmeh (Tower of Silence), Masjed-e jameh (Jame mosque) and Mirchakhmagh mosque and square. Travel to Isfahan via Nain. |
Day 19 | Mirchakhmagh mosque and square. Travel to Isfahan. Visit Masjed-e Jameh (mosque) Ateshgah (Zoroastrian fire temple), Menar-Jonban (shaking minarets), Sio Se Pol (33 arches) and Pol-e shahrestan (old bridge of shahrestan). After lunch at a local restaurant visit Masjed-e Imam (architecture and tilework), Meidan-e Imam (huge open square) and bazaar. |
Day 20 | Mirchakhmagh mosque and square. Travel to Isfahan. Visit Masjed-e Jameh (mosque) Ateshgah (Zoroastrian fire temple), Menar-Jonban (shaking minarets), Sio Se Pol (33 arches) and Pol-e shahrestan (old bridge of shahrestan). Day 21 | Travel to Tehran via Kashan and Qom. Visit Bagh-e Fin (Gardens of fin), Broujerdes house, Threshold of Hazrat-e Masoumeh (Mausoleum) and Iman Khomeini holy shrine. |
Day 22 | Tehran . Transfer to airport and flight home. |
